We do not offer voluntary returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including size or colour preferences. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

A problem with your order

For a faulty, damaged, incorrect or not-as-described item, contact us with your order number and details. We will assess the appropriate remedy under applicable law.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Legally required cancellation, return, refund, repair or replacement takes priority.

Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within another 14 days. Statutory exceptions may apply to certain personalised, perishable or unsealed hygiene goods.
