Product information and selection

Check the selected size, capacity, colour, finish, contents and care information before ordering. Accessories in lifestyle photographs are not included unless expressly stated. Dimensions and capacity are approximate where indicated. Hand-finished surfaces vary in tone and pattern as explained on each product page. This does not limit rights if goods are defective or materially not as described.

Prices and payment

Product prices are stated in USD unless another currency is expressly shown. Shipping, packing, taxes, import duties and other applicable charges are separate from the product price. The applicable charges and total will be disclosed before you commit to an order; please review them before paying. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges.

Delivery

Eligible destinations, dispatch and delivery estimates, shipping charges and any separate parcels will be disclosed in the product, delivery or checkout information before ordering. Estimates are not a guarantee of a particular delivery date. Do not assume a maker’s domestic Japanese delivery terms apply to this shop.

Returns and consumer rights

Our returns and refund policy applies. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or size/colour exchanges. Mandatory consumer cancellation rights and remedies for defects, damage, incorrect goods or goods not as described remain unaffected. No term excludes a right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
